2nd Line Support Engineer
We are recruiting a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team based in Skanderborg, Denmark, to provide customer 2nd line support for Tunstall products and systems as well as
coordination of support cases and service assignments to service engineers and partners.
What will you be doing in this role?
The 2nd line support team use their IP and Windows-based expertise to help solve customer technical issues. The team works Monday to Friday and, for out of hours support, they collaborate with the Tunstall Healthcare Service Engineers to ensure customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a customer-facing technical support role
- Experience using IP and Windows technologies
- Professional customer contact and support
- Service oriented and flexible
- Danish speaking is a requirement from our customers
- Possesses technical curiosity to learn

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer support on Tunstall products and systems, by phone, e-mail and case
management systems in accordance with customer agreement
- Remote installations on new hosted solutions
- Support for service engineers
- Registration of support cases according to customer specifications
- Monitor and process incoming messages in the customers and 2nd line e-mail box
- Work with continuous improvement and streamlining of support processes
- Train external partners and colleagues
- Create and maintain checklists
